Morten Møller advises universities, research organisations and government offices on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) research and development strategies and projects.

Before that he was working in different management positions for 27 years in the European Commission in the ICT research area. He was in this period responsible for evaluation of projects, development of the R&D work programmes in the ICT area, organisation of the collaborations with the Member and Associates States in the management committees, for the development of the strategy for the programmes with the Advisory Boards, and the international collaboration within R&D in ICT with third countries.

Before that he was the director of the Danish Open University, a university teacher and researcher and an editor in a Danish publishing house.
